Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

If more than 14 days have passed since receipt of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refund requests will only be accepted prior to the receipt of the order in cases where the shipping duration (starting from the receipt of the shipping email) exceeds the period stipulated in our shipping policy by more than 20 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for refunds if an order cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, please email us at collarkingdom8@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 50 euros. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
